Cheese Vs Birds

So my first post on the my first blog. I know some blogs this would be the post that I would introduce myself. I hate this part. So I am going to keep it short and sweet.

The teams I like and will normally get enraged and defend until blue in the face are:

Green Bay Packers

Los Angeles Dodgers

Los Angeles Lakers

Now there are other teams I root for but if these teams ever faced the teams above, well you know the rest.

My first blog is about the upcoming Packers/Falcons Divisional Playoff game this Saturday (5pm PT/8pm ET on Fox). Now last week the Packers won against Michael Vick and the Eagles. It wasn’t the best game as it came down the last play, but the point is the Packers are in and the Eagles are not.

So for the second week in a row the Packers will play a team named after a bird. This Falcons team is extremely good at home, something like 20-2 the past couple of years. That is CRAZY! So the Packers have a fight ahead of them, but the good thing is they are playing the game in a dome. This means no wind and no cold weather, and Aaron Rodgers is uber good in domes, his record wouldn’t show that as he is 5-6, but he has a higher passer rating indoors with 108.1 than he does outdoors 98.2.

Matt Ryan is very good at home as the record above indicates. He is a pure pocket QB with a rocket arm. He has a good WR in Roddy White, a Hall Of Fame TE in Tony Gonzalez, a RB in Michael Turner who has the lower half of an horse.Michael_Turner

The thing about this game I am anticipating is the Packers defense proving that in Week 12 the Packers failing to win rather than the Falcons beating them. There were A LOT of missed tackles last game and I clearly remember one Charles Woodson dropping an interception. The secondary with Tramon Williams and said Woodson will be tough against the WRs of the Falcons. The LBs for the Packers will have to be white on rice with Tony Gonzalez to limit his production. It shall be a tough battle in trenches.

All I know is this Saturday I will either be in a great mood or not wanting to speak to anyone.
